Amantis is an underwater civilization in Candle Cove.
Description
It is inhabited by merpeople, who are unfriendly to outsiders. They are ruled over by a young prince.
Amantis lies in the middle of the Candle Cove ocean, where the water is always stormy. It has been described by sailors as something similar to the "Bermuda Triangle", as ships entering the waters above Amantis rarely make it through unscathed.
The city is composed of rock huts, where the merpeople raise their young, and a large stone temple in the center of the civilization, where the royal family lives. The ocean floor is covered in anemone and coral, which the merpeople arrange to mark paths.
